At Tribesigns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home office and furniture purchases. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it back into its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
